Starting late February 2026 (targeted for February 26), Sophos ZTNA will transition into a new integrated bundle called Sophos Workspace Protection. The new bundle combines four tightly integrated components, all managed from a single cloud console (Sophos Central):
- Sophos ZTNA – Your existing secure, per-app access that makes private applications invisible to the internet.
- Sophos Protected Browser – A hardened Chromium-based browser that embeds ZTNA, DNS protection, secure web gateway (SWG), and local data controls.
- Sophos DNS Protection for Endpoints – Blocks malicious and unwanted web content across browsers and web-enabled apps.
- Sophos Email Monitoring System – Adds an extra layer of visibility and protection against advanced email threats.
Together, these tools deliver consistent policy enforcement, stronger data protection, and frictionless access for remote/hybrid workers, contractors, guests, and BYOD devices.
How This Affects Twotrees Customers
- Existing ZTNA licenses → Automatic upgrade to Workspace Protection in late February 2026. You gain the Protected Browser, DNS protection, and Email Monitoring immediately (if you choose to enable them).
- New or renewal orders → Will be fulfilled as Sophos Workspace Protection starting now.
- Pricing note → User-based pricing applies. Most term customers see no increase during their current term; renewals and MSP Flex customers may see modest adjustments (detailed in Sophos’s 2026 price lists). We’ll work with you to keep costs predictable.
